GROUP Cocktail Classes

Come as a solo, couple or as a group for one of our group cocktail classes. You’ll have the chance to get behind the bar and learn to make your favourite cocktails.

During the cocktail class, you will be guided through the history of classic cocktails and discover the flavour profiles and techniques for two crafted cocktails before each member of the group steps behind the bar for a hands-on bartending experience.

Classes are held in the private Molly Vault, and include two demonstrated cocktails and one hands-on cocktail experience for each guest. Classes are approx. 90 minutes duration. Each group cocktail class is strictly limited to 10 guests and bookings are essential, with private classes are available on request.

Classes are available to be booked every Thursday and Friday from 6pm.
